Looking for a reliable housemate to join our home in Anaheim Hills. We have 3 room options available:
	•	Top Rooms: $1,800/month
	•	Bottom Room (with attached bathroom): $2,000/month

What’s Included:
	•	Security system and alarm
	•	Internet

Requirements:
	•	First month’s rent and a security deposit (equal to one month’s rent)
	•	Partial year lease (until February)

	•	Prefer someone who doesn’t drink
	•	I am clean and sober 

About the Home:
The household includes a cat, a German Shepherd, and a bird, so pet lovers are welcome!
