2 month minimum with a month-to-month agreement includes utilities and housekeeping service. 

Security Deposit: $1500 Cleaning/Restoration Fee: $195. 
Small Dog 1 time fee: $75.

This ultra quiet home is high on a hill in Carlsbad. Just a few minutes to the beach, shops, restaurants, and Carlsbad Tech center. Privacy, serenity, two private patios expand your living space. 

The space is for a person who wants a furnished, well appointed separate unit and not have to worry about linens or any of the extras.

There are many furnished homes available in Carlsbad, but it is rare to find a top-of-the-line furnished suite that will fulfill your wish list. Everything is provided for you down to the Q-tips.

When looking for a temporary home, some things you just dont want to sacrifice; a magnificent bed that is comfortable and clean, a deep bathtub where you can have long luxurious soaks, and a well appointed living space with comfy chairs. You should also enjoy a television in each room, with access to all cable TV channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney #, Apple +, and others. There is a dining table, and a kitchen in which you can cook a meal. There is a desk in the bedroom with uninterrupted internet at a blazing speed.
Enjoy and new private bathroom with tub and shower, plus a large room that serves as the kitchen, dining room and living room. Each room has a closet and plenty of storage. There is a television with Roku in each room.

When you arrive, you need only your clothes and food. I have provided all the kitchen equipment, linens, towels, and bathroom accessories, everything you could possibly need. Every detail has been taken care of for you. You have access to two washers and two dryers with laundry soap included. You will park on the driveway just steps away from your private entrance. You have two outdoor patios, each with dining tables and chairs, lounge chairs, BBQ, outdoor sink and cooking area, all with an outstanding view of Carlsbad.

This Carlsbad home would be perfect for a person who may experience a job relocation, traveling executive, a marital separation, or for GIA students (Gemological Institute of America). You may need a place to stay because you were new in town, or have sold your home, and are looking to buy a new home or relocate once you discover the area in which you would like to settle down.  Small dog upon approval. Doggie door is installed in this unit. I cannot accept cats or other animals because of allergies.

You will be safe here. There is a 13 camera security system around the perimeter of the property for your safety. 

You can enjoy the professionally designed and landscaped and lighted property which has its own beach area, and water fountain, to enjoy the coastal weather.

You have access to your guest suite, the garage area for your laundry needs, the front yard with beach, the back and side private patios. Off Street parking for 1 car or SUV only. No commercial vehicles please.

The home is located in a suburb of north-east Carlsbad, less than 3 miles from the beach. Located on a quiet cup-de-sac street with only 12 homes, there is little noise to disturb you. The neighborhood is upscale, and the neighbors are mostly older singles and middle aged families.

The house is located within walking distance to the grocery stores, 12 plex movie theater, 24-hour fitness, many restaurants and coffee shops. Each is less than one mile way, about a 10 minute walk.

When you arrive, I will give you the guest package which will tell you everything you need to know about the property, such as passwords, key codes, access to laundry area. It covers many topics, and a copy can be emailed to you in advance.

I will require that you to fill out an information sheet along with a copy of your drivers license when you arrive. We both will also sign a month (or more) standard California lease agreement since your stay will be more than 31 days.

Please be aware, that I will not accept smokers, couples, or cats.

Furnished guest suite, OWNER pays for all utilities, cable, internet, streaming services. Month to Month agreement with 2 month minimum..  You will need to obtain a rental policy with 300,000 liability minimum. 

A copy of your drivers license must be provided. $35 application fee for background check.
