In the back garden we have a grill and outdoor dining table for six. In our detached garage we have a small home gym with a Keiser indoor bike, free weights, exercise bands and Apple TV.
Walkable to the Westwood stop of the Expo Line (two blocks) and bike path taking you downtown or to the beach, restaurants and shops, Rancho Park golf course and tennis club, and UCLA’s upcoming Quantum Computing facility. For schools we are walkable to Overland Elementary, Notre Dame Academy and at close distance to Crossroads School.  Also at close distance are the Fox Lot, Amazon Lot, Culver City, UCLA Main Campus, and the 10 and 405 freeways make you central to nearly everything LA has to offer.
