*This is a housemates and partially furnished condo situation. I will be out of the country for work till at least September 2025 shortly after you move in. If you prefer furnished bedrooms, $200/month/room.*

I am a male working professional in my 30s and enjoy practicing dance (west coast swing, salsa, hustle), house music, EDM and festivals. I am very organized and keep a tidy home but prefer to leave the deep cleaning to the housekeeper. I am friendly, outgoing, clean, organized, and open-minded.
Potential housemate: She is 30 years old and works for a health brand as a formulator. She enjoys a clean, laid-back home with easy open communication. She is in the office Monday through Thursday and works from home on Fridays.
