Theres also some limited outdoor storage if you have large items that can stay outside like a motorcycle. It also feels very private. The 3 units each have their own private outdoor area so you wont see your neighbors unless you want to. We own the property but we absolutely wont be in your business.

This is an ultra dog-friendly property. You can gate off the deck and keep them there, or let them roam the property. Because there are no shared walls barking is less of an issue than it would be in an apartment.
