Theres a wonderful cafe a short block down the hill and also a small grocery store to stock up on. Many hiking trails in the neighborhood and right up the hill is the iconic Hollywood sign! Your own Hollywood oasis awaits. $2750 includes all utilities, internet, furnishings, kitchen needs (dishes, silverware, pans, etc).  All you need to set up is your toothbrush.  This is a month to month rental.  Security ($1500) and first month rent required.
