It has about 2000 sq. ft.  and a nice backyard.  It is located close to just about everything the major studios, nice restaurant, and wonderful supermarkets like Gelsons.   It is located close to walking and hiking trails which is a part of Bronson Park. You will need first and last month’s  rent of $4900 + $500 for DWP & GAS as a deposit and that will be returned the day you leave once the home is inspected and all is ok.  I look forward to your stay. No Smoking and No animals. First months rent and last months rent for Deposit. Guest MUST PAY Department of Water and power and gas, Homeowner pays cable , Netflix and Wi-Fi the $4999.  Thank you.
