THE HOUSE Late 20s and 30 y.o. qu**r and professional types. The two people are myself (30 yo, kinder teacher), Ham (30 yo, scientist), Gigi (late 20s, nurse), and Elliot (late 20s, grad student). We have two dogs, no room for any more pets : ( We all work demanding jobs, but in our downtime, we rest and enjoy a quite space to call home. On occasion we will have friends over for small get togethers: But generally speaking, its a low-key household. We have a backyard and orange tree which is fun for
making fresh-squeezed OJ! We have many common spaces. Kitchen, kitchen nook, dining room, living room, and back yard.
Laundry in unit. Easy street parking - Permits from the city are $60 for the entire year.
Utilities average around $80-100 a month

WHAT WERE SEEKING A respectful, clean, kind person, in their late 20s or early 30s. We arent a huge party house and dont think someone whos looking to party a ton / bring home a lot of people would be the best fit. We like an occasional night out, maybe a house party once a year, but are more work-focused. If youd fit in, send me a message and tell me a bit about yourself.
