You have a comfy queen-size bed, end table, lamp, desk and chair. Your equipped kitchenette includes a 4 ft refrigerator, good size toaster oven, microwave, double cook plate, coffee pot and kitchen sink. Convenience at your Fingertips. Your restroom includes a shower, toilet, mirror, and vanity with overhead lights. Leave the laundry woes behind with your washer and dryer steps outside your studio. 

Sparkling Pool: Dive into shared moments of laughter and fun in the estates refreshing pool and fountain spa, tiki shaded table, chairs and lounge chairs with mountain views. 

Your studio is located in the heart of the desert, central Palm Desert, near Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Walmart, College of The Desert, El Paseo, Civic Center Park, 24 hour Walgreens, the library, the mall, and both central bus stops.

Rest assured. We are seeking a reliable, serene, and respectful individual, that is smoke/drug free. Our studio is suitable for 1-2 adults. Deposit, $1500. Longer and shorter stays available.
