The modern couch also folds down to an XL twin size bed for the occasional guest, with bedding provided as well. There are remote control room-darkening blinds in this unit, an in-unit washer/dryer, storage closet and a large wall-unit wardrobe which has mirrored doors, a bathrobe, exercise equipment and tons of room! Wifi/Internet (high-speed), Roku TV, full utilities & kitchen/bath starter basics are included. The gated garage parking space can fit a compact or smaller sedan/suv. We provide 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, a beach umbrella, a rainy day umbrella, binoculars, smash ball paddles and a backpack cooler for your stay.   • Spacious 675 sq feet, fully furnished studio in popular Little Italy! Farmers market Wednesday and Saturday. Close to everything! Clean, modern and plenty of closet space. One full bath and an additional half bath. Non smoke building. Wonderful city views… see the planes from a distance! Very quiet for city living! Includes one assigned small/compact garaged parking space! Utilities included, internet high speed. Electrical max is $250 and remaining will be paid by tenant. There is a $500 refundable security deposit, $39 application fee and a $250 one time cleaning charge. With an approved pet, the deposit is a refundable $1,000 and a non refundable cleaning fee of $300.  There is a state of the art gym and spa across the street at the Carte hotel, Fit Gym, which would require the purchase of a membership or a day pass. They also have an amazing rooftop lounge with views and typically play all the Padres games on the big screen!
