Escape to Clairemont Paradise Getaway, a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath home located in the heart of San Diego. Perfectly situated just minutes from the citys most popular attractions, including stunning beaches, the world-famous San Diego Zoo, vibrant downtown, and the picturesque Balboa Park, this home offers an ideal base for families, professionals, and anyone looking to explore the best of the area. Step inside to a welcoming, beautifully decorated space that combines comfort and style. The open layout creates a relaxing atmosphere, making it easy to feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious meals, including cookware, utensils, and essential ingredients like coffee, sugar, olive oil, and spices. Each of the three cozy bedrooms comfortably accommodates two people, with soft bedding ensuring a restful night’s sleep. For larger groups or families, the living room sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. The bathrooms are clean, modern, and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, offering convenience and comfort throughout your stay.

While its a quiet and relaxing area, having a car is the most convenient way to explore, as public transportation options are limited. Alternatively, Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick trips around town. With local shops, restaurants, and parks nearby, Clairemont provides a comfortable and well-connected home base for your San Diego adventure.
No smoking inside unit with a $600 minimum additional odor removal fee. Backyard hours are 8 AM to 10 PM to be courteous to the neighbors and abide by the San Diego City Noise Ordinance. Clean lint trap before using dryer. Clean makeup off face before using towels. Nothing besides toilet paper flushed down toilet. If you cook, you must reasonably clean kitchen before you leave with a $35 service fee. 3 Additional Daytime Guests are allowed to visit, but they must leave by 10 PM with a $100 penalty per additional person per night if there are more than 3 or they stay past 10 PM. There is a separate studio in the back of this home. You may see guests entering the side gate. Both homes have private entrances and no shared spaces. A trusted partner requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. The policy must be signed in order to receive check-in info, but it will be made easy for you to initial and sign online.
