We are looking for a tenant to live in the apartment of our family home who is KID FRIENDLY. This space is perfect for a couple with a kid, someone who has a child or two OR just a fur baby who likes human children. We have a large back yard you are welcome to. 

Background checks will be conducted for each adult moving in and previous rental history + deposit required. Credit score not required.
