Nestled off the street in a delightful garden setting in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Santa Monica, the Bungalow is approx. 700 sq. ft., with blonde hardwood floors, one bedroom with queen size Serta I-Comfort bed. There is one bathroom, a living room, quaint dining area and an amply sized kitchen. Laundry facilities are available and free to use. It’s like having your own little home with everything you need. We provide linens, towels, a full kitchen with pots, pans, coffeemaker, toaster and microwave. There are also 2 portable AC units to use when needed,

Our guest house is perfectly located in North Santa Monica, close to Brentwood, UCLA, the 405 and 10 freeways, Venice, Malibu. We are surrounded by a vast array of grocery stores. Only 3 blocks from Erewhon, an All Organic Market, 1 block to Bristol Farms, a gourmet market and 6 blocks to Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Ralphs making it very easy for you to shop when needed. It’s a fantastic, quiet, friendly, safe, walkable neighborhood.

Rental rate includes all utilities (gas, electricity, water, trash) basic TV with Apple TV and WIFI (internet) also included. Weekly house cleaning is available for an extra fee.
