Each applicants status will be individually evaluated with income and credit results combined for analysis to meet a minimum criteria of:

-Gross income at 3 times the monthly rent (or adjusted gross income for those filing taxes as a 1099 / indipendant contractor)

-Credit history summary of 5 positive trade line(s) for each 1 negative trade line.

-No negative rental history. 

Additional supporting documentation (in PDF format only & unredacted) will be required for identity, income and rental verification.
